These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the VoazokConnect platform ("Platform") by agricultural service providers ("Service Providers") who register to offer their services through the Platform. By registering and using the Platform, Service Providers agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Provider Responsibilities
Service Providers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information about their services and business;
- Maintaining the quality of their services;
3. Platform Services
VoazokConnect will provide Service Providers with a platform to showcase and offer their services to clients. VoazokConnect will use its best efforts to facilitate transactions between Service Providers and clients.
4. Payment Terms
Service Providers are responsible for setting their own prices and payment terms with clients. VoazokConnect will not handle payment processing, but may provide payment facilitation services in the future.
5. Liability
VoazokConnect will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Service quality issues;
- Delivery or logistics issues;
7. Confidentiality
VoazokConnect will protect the confidentiality of Service Provider information, including business and service details. Service Providers agree to keep confidential any information provided by VoazokConnect, including client information and transaction details.
8. Termination
VoazokConnect reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Service Provider's account at any time, without notice, if:
