Cancellation

• All requests must be submitted in writing.
• More than 60 days: deposit refundable less USD $250 administrative processing fee and non-recoverable supplier costs.

• 30–15 days: 50% of total program fee non-refundable and unrecoverable supplier costs may apply.
• Within 14 days: no refunds; applicable refunds subject to supplier refund policies/recovery from third-party providers.

Package Price: US$2,800 per person.

Includes international return flights, China visa processing, accommodation, transportation, and programme arrangements, as stated in official itinerary.

Payment Schedule

• US$1,000 deposit due by 4 September 2026 to secure place.
• US$1,800 final balance due by 11 September 2026.
• Departure 12 October 2026.

Cancellation & Refunds

Due to advance payments for flights, visa processing, accommodation, transportation, China-side programme arrangements:

• US$1,000 deposit non-refundable once booking confirmed, except portion recoverable from suppliers.
• Payments after final deadline non-refundable, subject to third-party supplier recovery.
• If participant cancels/unable to travel, Voazok will make reasonable efforts to recover refundable amounts; recovered amount refunded after applicable non-recoverable costs and reasonable admin charges.

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, travel disruption, unforeseen circumstances.

Late Payment & Documentation

• Failure to complete final payment by 11 September 2026 may result in cancellation and/or additional costs.
• Increases in airfare, rebooking, supplier, accommodation, visa-related, and other expenses from late payment are borne by the participant.
• Participants must provide all required documents within timelines communicated by Voazok.
• Voazok will not be responsible for additional costs, delays, loss of availability, missed travel arrangements, or visa-related consequences resulting from late, incomplete, inaccurate, or inadequate participant documentation.

Priority of These Terms

These China Canton Fair Tour 2026-specific payment and cancellation terms take precedence over the general payment and cancellation provisions where there is any inconsistency between the two.
