3 Days | Ghana
The GrowNext Workshop provides the foundation for the programme through three days of learning, practical activities, enterprise development and agricultural exposure.
The first two days combine theory, interactive sessions and practical exercises, while the final day takes participants into the field for firsthand exposure to agricultural enterprises

International Agricultural Study & Exposure Programme
8 Days | Singapore
Following the GrowNext Workshop, participants will have the opportunity to participate in an 8-day International Agricultural Study & Exposure Programme in Singapore.
The Singapore programme will provide participants with practical exposure to one of Asia's most innovative food and agricultural ecosystems.
Participants will explore how technology, innovation and entrepreneurship are being applied to address challenges around food production, sustainability and urban agriculture.
Following the GrowNext Workshop, participants will have the opportunity to participate in an 8-day International Agricultural Study & Exposure Programme in Singapore.
The Singapore programme will provide participants with practical exposure to one of Asia's most innovative food and agricultural ecosystems.
Participants will explore how technology, innovation and entrepreneurship are being applied to address challenges around food production, sustainability and urban agriculture.

How the Program Works & Who Should Apply
Young farmers and aspiring agripreneurs, agricultural students and early-career professionals, youth-led agribusiness innovators, and individuals exploring agritourism as a business pathway.
No registered business is required — strong ideas and commitment matter most.
Eligibility & Requirements
Applicants must:
- Demonstrate an interest in agriculture, agribusiness, innovation, agritourism or related fields.
- Complete the official registration process.
- Meet the applicable programme participation requirements.
- The applicant must be currently residing in an African country.
- The applicants must be under 40 years of age.
- No registered business required.
- Open to students, innovators, agripreneurs, and founders.

The GrowNext Workshop Experience (3 Days)
Day 1 – Skills & Simulation Launch
Participants explore agritourism business models, strategies, and enterprise planning through a farm enterprise simulation platform.
Day 2 – Enterprise Development & Practical Learning
Participants will build on the knowledge gained during their Day 1 through practical exercises, enterprise simulation activities and engagement with industry experts.
Day 3 – Local Agri-Study Tour
Hands-on exposure through visits to commercial farms and food processing centres.
Workshop Recognition & Awards
While GrowNext is not a competition, participants will have opportunities to demonstrate their knowledge and enterprise thinking through the Farm Enterprise Simulation and Practical Workshop Activities.
